How do I book?
Everything happens online, in a few clicks. You pick your location, your bay, your date and your time, and you get a link by text or email that opens the door. No app to install.
How do I get into the centre?
When you arrive, open the link from your text or email and press the button. The door unlocks. Inside, a four-digit PIN starts your simulator.
Is there staff on site?
The centre is self-service. Antoine, the founder, is often around during the day, but not always. The centre is monitored by camera 24 hours a day and technical support answers the phone at any hour. With a bit of luck, you will meet Silver, Antoine’s dog, who sometimes comes to work too.
How many people can play on one simulator?
Up to 6 people at a time. The price is per bay, not per person: it is just as good a deal solo as in a group.
What is the difference between Standard and VIP?
Standard bays are in an open space, perfect for a round with friends or a solo practice session. VIP rooms are closed, with a curved screen and a more private atmosphere.
Can I share my hour bank or my plan?
Banks and plans are tied to one account, and the holder must be on site for every session. You can however bring up to 3 guests at no charge.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, online, with a full refund up to 24 hours ahead. Within 24 hours, a booking paid by the hour goes into a bank once every 12 months, then the hours are lost. With a plan, you can cancel up to 2 hours ahead. Letting us know in time lets someone else enjoy the bay.
Do I need my own clubs?
Yes, for the best experience. If you do not have any, in Candiac a full bag can be rented when you book. No rentals in Ahuntsic for now.
Is there food on site?
No restaurant and no liquor licence. A vending machine offers snacks and drinks, and you can have anything delivered. We only ask that you leave the space clean, the way you found it.
I am a beginner, is it for me?
Absolutely. The simulators adapt to every level and the atmosphere is calm, no pressure. Private lessons with certified coaches are also available.
How much does it cost?
By the hour, the price depends on the time of day, from $25. Hour banks and unlimited plans bring the hourly price down. Everything is detailed in our ways to play.
Why are prices different in Candiac and in Ahuntsic?
Because of the simulator technology. Ahuntsic runs on Trackman, Candiac on ProSim. The price gap between the two locations comes from that difference in equipment, nothing else: the model, the 24-hour access and the member perks are the same.
Where are you, and is there parking?
In Candiac, in the industrial area on the South Shore, at 160 Iberia Avenue, Suite 206, with free parking on site. In Ahuntsic, at 2044 Fleury Street East in Montreal, with parking and bus lines 140, 41 and 69.
